Papillon: Galentine's Special ♥

     It's heeeere~ !  The Galentine's special has been released on Papillon's website!!

     This go around the Papillon team decided to do a Valentine's Day special.  But of course we what we really celebrate here, Galentine's~  A time to show our fellow Gals love!  I love how there was a section in the magazine describing different ways to participate in Valentine's Day.  It's a nice reminder that this day has room for all kinds of love.  It's not just romantic love between a couple, it's love for friends, loved ones, and self love.  ♥

     I honestly just want to blab and gush over my favorite parts of the magazine.  I mean the whole project was perfect, but the visuals were my absolute favorite aspect!  It didn't feel repetitive or overdone.  You'd think following a Valentine theme would be restricting or turn out obnoxious, but the team (once again) did an amazing job! 

     And the models did an outstanding job showcase a variety of styles!  The models were asked to choose a concept :  sexy or cute.  Some utilized the traditional colors of pink and red, while others stepped outside of that colorway.  These were my favorite coordinates and spreads!

      The detail and design of this spread was just too cute!

      I've seen many Gals take photos in arcades and now it's a desire of mine~

      All of these beautiful Gals oh my~ ~ ~  Σ>―(〃°ω°〃)♡→  I'm love struck!

      The boy's section was SUPER cute, I love that they really got to shine this time!  Seriously who ever designed all of this is amazing.

     Don't even get me started on the makeup and hair tutorials!  The setup fits in perfectly with Ageha magazine.  ALL of them were gorgeous.  It was hard to choose favorites, but I couldn't show them all . . . otherwise you wouldn't go read the rest, huh?

     Guys I couldn't wait for this special to release, I was in bed fighting sleep.  I just wanted to see the final result!!  I was so enamored with the rest of the magazine, I wasn't even prepared to see this . . 

     I was in utter shock to see my own spread!  Two pages, I did not expect it at all.  It's crazy, going into Papillon I didn't think I'd measure up to the other gals.  But I suppose they see improvement in me and I'm truly thankful for this.

     If you haven't read the Valentine special yet, I think you'll get a kick out of the "Animal Talk" portion.  Definitely gave the magazine that authentic feel! xD  I adore the illustrations too ♥

     I hope everyone really talks up this Galentine Special, because getting this in print would mean the world to me!!!

     Please look forward to my Papillon Lookbook post for this Galentine Special!  Papillon team really outdid themselves.  And I know it'll only get better and better!

Galentine's Day Makeup 💗 [ vid + pics ]

     Hello Cuties~  You know I wouldn't forget you guys!  I wanted to wish you a happy Valentine's Day and my gift to you is a new video! ♥

     I absolutely LOVE using these colors so you know I was just itching to create a look for Valentine's Day.  Even though I was excited to do my makeup, I was lost as to what to do exactly.  I was seeing so many creative looks, but I didn't want to just copy them.  Instead of stressing, I just threw on colors and used my favorite palettes.  Surprisingly, Modern Renaissance wasn't used for this makeup look. 👀

     I had this thought the other day that even if Valentine's Day is over, who's going to stop me from drawing hearts all over my face?  lol  Absolutely no one!  After doing my makeup for this video, it sort of kicked off this creative urge.  I want to do more!!

     What did you guys do for Valentine's Day?  Did you spend it with your significant other?  With your loved ones or friends?  I sat around and ate lots of chocolate!  I needed to relax after filming and spending the day with Prince.

     Not sure about y'all but doing intricate or "extensive" makeup tires me.  But I'm happy we got to see each other~ (it's been a really busy week)  I cannot wait to buy discounted candy this weekend! 

     And if you think you didn't have a valentine, think again!  Amiman will be your platonic valentine forever! ♥ I wuv you all!
