Mercari / Fril Haul (w/ Japan Shopping Service)

 

Hello Cuties~

     Today I want to share my Mercari / fril haul with you!  And as well as share my experience with using Japan Shopping Service (JSS).  Firstly, let's get to the good stuff.

     Now stay with me as I try my best to explain the costs of everything.  I paid $167.47 in total including shipping (based off of my bank charges).  It was $80.72 for the actual clothing, and $86.75 covered the international EMS shipping.  Shipping cost was based off of the weight of the parcel.  The weight came up to 3080g.  I've also attempted some screenshots to show you the rates / prices they gave me in Yen.

     I ended up doing two separate transactions.  I thought I was happy with the three items I managed to get (2 others had been cancelled); but I ended up finding another item.

     This is the second transaction with the final item.

     Here you see the total for shipping of the parcel.  Speaking of, this is how it was combined.  There was no fee for combining the items into one box. 

      However there were some other fees.  "Commission fee will be charged for total item price (in tax) in an order."  A chart shows the percentage or cost of commission fees (link).  The fee is based off of the total price for your items.  And finally the Acquisition cost:  "This is the cost we receive your item from seller including bank transfer fee and shipping cost."  

     Overall it didn't feel any different from using buyee.  While JSS doesn't have as many fees as buyee, I simply cannot look past the shipping cost.  Now idk if I want to just blame the heavier items (coats) for the shipping price.  But I just don't see it being reasonable for my shipping to cost almost the exact same amount I paid in total for the actual clothing.  I'm thankful it wasn't $100 for shipping, but it was damn near (lol).  

     For shits and giggles I decided to check out the last haul I did using buyee.  And I'm a bit surprised.

     I paid $64.83 for shipping and I had 9 items!  They were fairly light items though.  So I'm still unsure if the coats are what made my shipping high.  I didn't dig as much to see what my package weighed with buyee so I can't say.  I MIGHT try buyee ONE more time (lol).  Kieli has drawn my eyes to some coats I'm dying to get my hands on~ (≖ ͜ʖ≖)

Aliexpress Haul [shocking finds!] 👜✨

     I love finding these old glitter graphics~  (´• ω •`)v  I wish I could remember half the graphic sites I used when I had a myspace page (lol). 

     Anywho~  With my newest boom, comes the desire for new clothes.  So I did my first clothing haul with Aliexpress!  I've bought car accessories from the site before, but never clothes; so this was pretty exciting.  I had been eyeballing a few items before my Celeb boom, so my haul is a mix of styles.

     I've wanted this dress for months now!  I originally saw it on fashion nova for like $40, but happened to come across it on aliexpress for $14 (more than half the price)!

     My only thing with this dress is that you have to lace it up yourself (it's a struggle lol).  I tied mine in a halter style.  Despite the struggling, I love it!

     This next dress was more of an impulse buy (hehe).  It's basic, but I felt it would be nice to wear in the summer heat.  It's a maxi dress, so it stops at my ankles! 

     Now onto my FAVE pieces of this haul~~~  This next little number I originally saw on someone's tiktok.  They looked GORGEOUS in it and I knew I had to have it.  I'd be perfect for my new boom!  

     Problem is, when I got to the brand's website I quickly realized I couldn't afford it (つ . •́ _ʖ •̀ .)つ.  And one late night scrolling through Aliexpress I found this!

     Lord knows I could not pay $50 per piece of this, and presented me with this set for $13!  (╥ω╥)

     Siiiiiis!I feel like a hottie in this (lol).  Someone left a review that it's not the best dupe, but I can't relate to her points made.  She had both the real brand and the dupe.  I would assume the fabric of the real version is a lot better than spandex, but I don't feel it makes for a bad dupe!

     These last two clothing items trump the rest of the haul, hands down!

     Juicy Couture tracksuits!!!!  The ultimate pieces to my celeb gyaru look!  ♥  The hardest thing was choosing colors, I went with pink and royal blue.  They're stunning in person, the pictures just can't capture the beauty of the rhinestones.  I was soooo nervous to buy this initially.  I didn't want to get played (lmao)!  In the end no regrets with this purchase.

I ordered a few non-clothing items as well.

     I'm too much of a weenie to get my belly pierced, so I got faux rings!  Had to get the butterflies~  And the "bitch" one makes me laugh, I love it.  Eventually I want to get a Playboy bunny ring.

Finally some platform sandals!!! (｡T ω T｡)♥

     And with my sandals, that concludes my Aliexpress haul!  I scored some really amazing things.  Now that I've experienced buying clothes from their site, I'm excited for my next haul!

    Besides this haul, I did buy a few other things recently~

     I got yet another bling belt (lmaooo) it's gold this time!  I prefer gold accessories over silver.  And I picked up a fan because I must be extra (cute) in this brutal heat.  Seriously, how cute is the print on this?!

     I cannot believe I stumbled across this in the beauty supply store.  I can't remember how much it was . . . maybe $11?  But I'm ecstatic because this reminds me of Mariah's iconic butterfly top!  The cheap version of course (lol).

     Guys I think I need to buy a storage unit soon.  I have zero space for clothes in my room!  (ﾉω･､)  I don't regret buying a thing though (hehe).  What do you think of my recent gets?  Would you wear any of these?

My Mercari Haul 💖

Hey Cuties~

     I didn't forget about sharing my recent Mercari haul!  I've just been lazy (lol)  But here's everything!

     It all came packaged very well!  I took the packaging off of the purse before this picture because I was WAY too excited.  

     The box was huge, I'm not sure of the weight (would that be documented on buyee?).  But any-who, I tried on everything and girrrlll . . .  I'm grateful for safety shorts but it's not always enough!  .･ﾟﾟ･(／ω＼)･ﾟﾟ･.  All of the two piece sets have safety shorts made into them, however they're still extremely short which is what I expected.  So I will have to do some alterations to fit my rump.

     Also none of the items were damaged or stained, my mirror is just a dirty mess (lmao).  The gingham MA*RS dress fits me perfectly, I won't have to add anything to it.  It's the perfect length, no exposed cheeks!  I've already been wearing my MA*RS denim jacket (lol).

     My only issue is that the MA*RS coat is more coral / peachy than I anticipated.   I thought it was baby pink online (-ω-、) but it's all good.  I may or may not sell it.  

     I thought the d.i.a. belt would hit me the hardest, but the purse really took my breath away ٩(♡ε♡)۶.  But don't get me wrong, I'm madly in love with my belt too!!  Overall very happy with my haul.  Can't wait to buy more 🙃!
