     Egg ® briefly did videos making the models choose which side they stand on.  I thought this topic in particular would be fun to discuss on the blog.  The question roughly translates to "What maintenance is required (every month) for Gal?"  The choices are hair salon or nails?

     Personally, I pick hair.  And maybe that's just because I do like to change my hair a lot.  It's still ingrained in me that if my hair doesn't look nice, then I don't look nice.

     Erika said it best!  "Hair . . . I can't serve if it's gross 💅".  And I'm paraphrasing from a weird translation but, sis meant that exactly (lol).  How can I serve looks if my hair is not up to par?  (Side note : I LOVE her blue chunky highlight hair!)  Out of 7, 6 gals picked hair!  Momoa stood alone when choosing nails.

    I don't tend to focus on my nails at all to be honest.  Although I am trying to get more into having my nails done.  I do think nails are a higher expense to keep up with monthly.  (It does depend on what you're getting done though ....in both hair and nails.)  One of the models stated "you can do (gal) without nails" and I remember someone saying "these are press ons".  And I think that's the route I'm about to take.  I tested something out recently, and I think it may become my new norm.

     While I do agree with the "you can do gal without nails" statement, I want to feel like a 'full' gal.  When you have your nails, hair and makeup done up regularly, it's like you've reached the final form of gal.  Boss level Gyaru, if you will.  ٩̋(๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑)hhhh

So where do you stand on this debate?

     Happy belated Valentine's day!  I've been CRAZY busy with work and carnival. (Guess it's time to change my theme now lol)  I had to work on Lundi Gras and Mardi Gras day, but I was lucky to have v-day off! 

     I had been looking forward to this day because I had a specific look in mind!

     (and I'm only just now realizing a chain belt would've been a REALLY nice addition . . .  but anyway)

     FINALLY got to wear this skirt set!  I 'm extremely happy with how it fits.  I was afraid it would be too short to walk around in!  Prince was loving it, obvi~ (˶˘ ³˘(ˊᗜˋ*)!♡  "Point" is Playboy jewelry~

     Hellooo perfect pink pout!  I've been doing this lip combo for everyday wear : Juvia's Place - kebi, Color Street cosmic orchid.  Speaking of makeup, I was fairly satisfied with how my face turned out.

     Can I get a hallelujah!!!  I'm ecstatic because my eye-shape came out perfect.  In combination with these lashes, I feel like a doll~  I recently reordered these lashes from Sugar Pill.  I got backups too!

     I asked Prince to take pics of me with the choco-bouquet my mom got me.  You heard me . . . choco-bouquet.

     After we exchanged our gifts, we went out for lunch.  First place fell through, so we just had sushi at Geisha!

That tuna tataki was SO good!

     Had an outfit change, and got to visit his parents for a bit before we went back out for dinner.

*very thankful I packed this bc it got pretty chilly that evening!  Hat and uggs were necessary lol!

     Ami and her giant piña colada!  I was wondering why Prince kept taking pictures of me.  That is until he pointed out the "you're like, really pretty" neon lights~ ♡  After stuffing a taco the size of my face down my throat, I was determined to get dessert!  But not just any dessert, I saw La Michoacana post about their heart shaped churros and I HAD to have it!!!

I made it halfway and gave up (lmao)!

Hello Kitty Event! [coord + make]

Hello Cuties!!

     Let's do the time warp again!  Back to a very exciting day for me.  The Tiger Sugar chain held a Hello Kitty collaboration!  Around that time I kept saying I wanted to try out their bubble tea, and this gave me the perfect opportunity.

     Here you can really see the lenses~  I'm pretty sure I used my (very) old ABH Modern Renaissance palette (lol).  

     So picture this, it's a HOT and cloudless summer day.  Prince and I show up before the shop is open and there's already a lengthy line.  I'm thanking all the Gods that I brought my parasol because the sun is beating us down with no shade or trees around us. 

     I'm melting in my full face of makeup.  My thighs are sticking and I begin to regret the wedge heels.  Eventually the shop opens and the line starts to move!

     Finally in the shade! (mind you the line is only inching forward every 10 minutes lol)  I was dying to get a drink already!  And hungry too . . . 

     The interior was decorated with Kitty!  There were special cups, plush drink holders, AND a Hello Kitty drink!

     After 2 hours of waiting in line I finally got to sit down with their mascot.  We both look silly ( ᗒᗨᗕ ).  

     My favorite part of their décor!  I saw someone take a selfie with it, so I copied (lol).  I was nervous to do it in front of everybody but I said screw anxiety, I want my picture!

     The Hello Kitty crush drink.  I didn't like it actually :/  after shaking it up, it just taste like strawberry milk with crunchy strawberries (?).   ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

     Later that week I redid my nails to match the other plush holder.  I still use them to hold my boba when I'm out and about!  I always have so much crap in my hands (lol).

     Can't believe I took so long to post about this!  I think Tiger Sugar is still selling the drink too.  If you have a Tigar Sugar near you, did you hear about this collab?  Did you try the drink?  If this is your first time seeing it, would you try it?  I think they should have gone with an apple theme instead of strawberries.  Or even if they did stick with strawberry, I would've liked a fruit tea instead of a milktea.  ¯\_( ͡❛ ͜ʖ ͡❛)_/¯ oh well~
