Flawless⋆.˚⟡ ࣪ ˖ (I Woke Up Like This)

Hello Cuties!

Let's keep this train going.  The day after my birthday we got up early for breakfast!  I'd been wanting to try Crack'd and finally booked a table.

𝓵𝓮𝓽'𝓼 𝓮𝓪𝓽!
There's so much on the menu I want to try!  We started with crab rangoons (the sweet chili sauce paired so well), and monkey bread!  Which was soooooo good!  The skillet kept them hot and soft~ (っ˘ڡ˘ς).
What intrigued me most was the menu does not feature any pork.  Which is almost unheard of when it comes to breakfast.  There's usually pork bacon and sausages.  Crack'd has duck bacon and merguez sausage!  The duck bacon tower (what we ordered) comes with rosemary which they torch at the table to give it a smokey taste.  The duck bacon is very tasty and comparable to turkey bacon.  Crack'd serves it up smoky, sweet and a little spicy~

I love the theme of the restaurant.  It feels like we're inside a cracked egg.  I kept thinking of Gudetama (lol).
I ♥ mimosas!  I get mischievous~  I was too excited to eat apparently because I never took a photo of my main dish.  I had the seafood omelet stuffed with crab, shrimp and cheese.  Overall Crack'd was pretty good.   It's lively and I feel the menu is pretty hefty.  I still dream of that monkey bread~  🐒

I had to reschedule my girls night / b-day dinner to later that week.  I picked Habanero's for drinks and tacos!

My favorite drink!  "Make pork decisions" (՞•Ꙫ•՞).
Caribeños, my fave on the menu~  I love tropical tastes.🍍 And I love corn so much I get it as a double side.
bom + corn = life💛

My friend Nini took this photo of me (๑﹏๑//).  I promise I was having fun . . . do I always look like this?  Some of my guests couldn't make it, so this was probably a moment of me checking in with them.  The food was good and the love from my friends was even better ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡.

I really need to speed through these next few posts!  I want to blog about the fun events I've attended recently!  (,,>﹏<,,) Sigh~

Talk soon!

The Last Splash 💦

Hello Cuties~

In September I joined Kelsey's bachelorette getaway to Pensacola, Florida.  It was a much needed trip for us all!  The ten of us split up for the road trip and met up at Buc-ee's before ending up at the air bnb.  It was my first time visiting Buc-ee's and I was definitely intrigued by what I'd seen on the net and what I'd heard from friends.

The anticipation was real (lol)

The beaver, the legend, Buc-ee himself!
Swag acquired!  Buc-ee's is essentially just a gas station (I know how dare I say just lol).  But!  It's different from any other gas station you've been to I promise.  Hot and fresh food constantly being prepared (and announced lol "FREEEESH BRISKET ON THE BOAAARD"!)  Buc-ee memorabilia in every form you can think of, a whole ass bakery in there, liquor, hot coffee, SO many snacks.  Samples like you're at Costco . . . there's just a lot going on (lol).
Chopped brisket sandwich was good af!  I left with so many treats and the bougie's cup ever.
Leopard print and rose gold like, c'mon.
How could I forget my Buc-ee necklace?!

Chase was the genius behind this trip and she planned that our car (driving the bride to be) would do the grocery shopping for the house while the rest of the party decorated in preparation for her arrival.  She had no idea!

Everything was mermaid / beach themed!  This is the only picture I captured though.

After roaming the property everyone was practically itching to be on the beach.  Which was just a short walk across the street!  And we were able to catch a beautiful sunset~

My precious Krissy~~ and our home for the weekend.
Isn't it cute?

Rach, oh Rach~  I nicknamed her mermaid after this trip.  She ran towards the ocean every chance she got.  She was the main one asking "uuuum so when are we going to the beach?!"  Like who else would look this "at home" in the water?

(when she almost lost her vape lmfao)

Kris started taking pics of me (hehe)
Bless her for giving me content (lol).  I tried to keep a balance of capturing the moment and just enjoying it.  It felt surreal to just wander around the beach with friends as the sun set.  I can only imagine how expensive it is, but I wish I could just live here.

Funniest part of this trip was the itinerary I thought Chase planned herself, was actually made by Chatgpt.  (  ≧ᗜ≦)  But it was so wonderfully planned out we tried our best to stick to it.  After the beach we headed back in time to find the rest of the party finally arrived to Pensacola.  Then it was dinner time!  Our head chefs put homemade tacos on the menu~

Table is set, and I'm so ready for tacos, chips & salsa!

Next on the itinerary, exchanging silly outfits!  You've probably seen this on tiktok plenty of times for birthdays or bachelorette parties.  It's like "Secret Santa", we choose a name at random and prepare their gift for the party.  Chase picked my name and you won't believe what she got me.  (๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑)

Hatsune Miku all grown up!  She ditched the twintails for a bob (lol)

Everyone got changed and we made tiktoks~
Kelsey reveled in our outfits so much she insisted we go out in them.  Off to Seville Quarter!  This place is like a maze, especially if you've been drinking . . . and if you've never been there before.  I got lost twice (lmao).  There are many rooms to this building and it's like a different vibe to each one.  Our reason for picking this place was because of their karaoke room.

Someone was singing Gives You Hell by The All American Rejects!

The wait time was 2 hours . . . ain't nobody got time for that.  So we wandered enough until we found the hidden nightclub. (Seriously how does this one building have so many rooms / areas?)  We danced and sweat until 1am before calling it quits.  I didn't make it into bed until 3am though ( ╥ ᴗ ╥).

The first day in Pensacola was so much fun!  By the end of the night we were all more comfortable with each other.  I felt like I had known them all for years!  I went into this trip personally knowing just three people in this party.  But I'm delighted to say I walked away from this having gained six more friends.

. . . I hope you didn't think that was all though~  Next post: the Beach Episode you've all been waiting for!!
