Sorry for the delay~ I'm actually on a mini vacation but I couldn't wait to make the next entry to Reila's challenge!
Week 2 is all about Super Gals! I'll admit it, I've never read the manga or watched the anime before but I want to some day. Its been recommended by many gals so it's gotta be good! Since I'm not super familiar with Super Gals, I researched a little about the main characters and "studied" their styles.
Besides studying the characters' styles, I tried to keep in mind the style and trends of old school Gyaru. I noticed a few common things: bold colors, prints, leis, belts (double belts are a plus), chunky heels, and tube tops.

I tried my best to gather what their makeup is like, but also combined that with my knowledge of old school Gyaru makeup. Can you believe this look is with minimal foundation? I focused more on my eyes are far as warm eyeshadows and glitter under the eyes. No bottom lashes but I extended my top lashes. Also, lots of blush!

I wish I had gotten a close up picture of my eye make, but then again I really think the outfit is what pulls the theme together. The cast of Super Gals seem like really fun, fashionable girls. I hope I succeed in bringing these Gals to life~

I still can't get over that you never experienced GALS! before! I believe you can find it on YT and there are some manga sites that will let you read it if you can't get a hold of physical copies....BUT ANYWAY.
