Brunch With My Hunny-Bunch ʕ •ᴥ• ʔ [+ code, make & gets]

Hello Cuties~

     Thought I'd finally bring this post to you guys.  Feels like this was ages ago, but I had the pleasure of having a Saturday off from work.  (a rarity)  And I decided to celebrate by having brunch with my boyfriend.

Accessories . . . off brand

     Kept it chic and simple for the hot weather.  (also bc mother nature was kicking my ass)  I deserve points for even trying to be cute this day (lol).  I also kept my makeup rather simple too.  This would be my 4th attempt at "no bottom lashes" gyaru makeup.  I think this is my favorite attempt to date!  ʕ •̀ o •́ ʔ  Dammit I will perfect this one day! (lmao)

𝓫𝓻𝓾𝓷𝓬𝓱 𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓮

     We tried out a restaurant that had been on my mind for months :  Jack Rose!  It's a super cute, funky, and eccentric spot.  The décor and vibes are hard to describe (next time I'll take more photos).  I think we got the best seats in the house~  Right beneath a skylight window and a disco ball cascading the prettiest lights onto us!

     Me + my prickly pear mimosa~  I really dig the atmosphere here!  Okay now to the goodies~

     Crawfish cornbread!  The restaurant's photo looks prettier than mine xD  but it was SO delicious~  Warm, buttery, sweet and creamy . . . oh my God!

     Prince had steak and fries.  We shared cracked potatoes, and I had Pappardelle!  Everything was fantastic! 

     I think this was called Pear Me Not?  It's bread pudding, caramelized pears, candied almonds, and ice cream.

The lighting was just too nice to not take a selfie (lol).

We took a walk around the neighborhood.  It was actually pretty nice~

     Eventually we went to the mall!  Forever21 had a huge sale and I scored a lot of dresses.

Next stop, boba!

     DingTea had the prettiest setup (per usual)!  I couldn't resist taking pics (also per usual lol).  Hokkaido oolong milk tea w/ golden boba will ALWAYS make my day ♥.  Prince picked a drink without realizing it has chamoy and tajin in it ( ´ 艸｀).  He doesn't eat spicy food.  So sorry hunny~

     Last stop was a random sushi joint.  We were in an area where we weren't familiar with the restaurants.  So we put our trust in google ratings and reviews (lol).

     They were okay~  Don't think I'd go again though (*￣(ｴ)￣*) . . . And that was my day of fun spending money !  Oh!  And here's the rest of my haul from Forever21.
