I feel like this post won't be a surprise to anyone but

My favorite eyeshadow palettes are . . .

I'm honestly just a sucker for shimmer and glitter shades in a palette.
I don't think I've ever taken pictures of swatches from the Bon Bons palette but I've shared my swatches from Pink Fizz!
So sparklyyyy~ ~ ~
I know what you're thinking,
"how could you put a Makeup Revolution palette over Too Faced?!"
Well I'll admit the Bon Bons palette does perform better ; meaning the eyeshadows are more pigmented, deeper, richer.
But I feel like Pink Fizz is a reaaally close second in color payoff
(minus 2 shades but that's the case with most palettes).
And like I mentioned earlier, Pink Fizz has way more shimmer shades!
(Which I understand is not everyone's cup of tea~)
Now don't get me wrong, the Bon Bons palette has some amazing shimmer shades!
(don't get me started on the shade 'molasses chip' omg)
A huge plus?
Pink Fizz → $ 14
Bon Bons → $ 49

Huda Beauty Rose Gold palette
Omggg I want these so badly!
I've seen these used in so many of my favorite makeup tutorials
I can see myself possibly getting the Morphe palette since it's around $20
but I'm not about to break bank and buy the $65 Huda palette any time soon lol

I like my shimmers too, I prefer them more. I've been eyeing up that huda palette too!

I hear ya on that. I LOVE my shimmers! And its a little hard for me to justify 50 on a palette and with a company im no longer happy with. But that other palette looks so cute! Gonna have to look them up 💖
ReplyDeleteI feel you on that one. The only way I got the palette was as a gift, I couldn't bring myself to buy it. But yes! The "I ♥ Makeup" line is a branch of Makeup Revolution and they tend to remake trendy items from high end brands. (they have a dupe for the too faced chocolate bar too) Definitely look them up :3
