Hello my Cuties, even though the day has passed, I still want to wish you a happy Valentine's Day! I believe I gave you all a homework assignment, no? Go all out to stay in! Did you treat yourself to a day of pampering or dolling up? Let's see it~
I prepared my Galentine's look a week before! I spent my Valentine's day at work unfortunately. But I got a lovely surprise~ My sweet Prince (who had the day off) showed up to shower me with tasty treats from my favorite bakery and boba shop.(´ ∀ ` *)♡ That made my day 100x's better.
I do hope that you treated yourself this Valentine's Day. You deserve to feel good and you should be capable of feeling that way on your own if necessary. Sure it's great to have a significant other, a best friend, a loved one, but there may be situations where you only have yourself to depend on. My journey of self love for 2021 is still in its beginnings. However I feel on this day I had a breakthrough. I genuinely felt great about myself. I felt confident, alluring, powerful. Cheers to being your own Valentine!
If you're curious as to what I got my boyfriend (who am I kidding, I just want to tell you) . . . I surprised him with a diy bubble tea kit and a homemade cookie cake! It was my first time baking a cookie from scratch. It's filled with chocolate chips, pecans, coconut strips, and love~ hehe (^.~)☆
But enough of the mushy stuff, onto my outfit!
Dress - Diable Baiser
Boots - Charlotte Russe
Accessories - Forever 21, Target, Charming Charlie
Don't you just LOVE the back of this dress? I'm in love~ I think this is my first successful Ane Gyaru look! I've very proud of this. Everything's cohesive. The makeup complements the style well, and the jewelry too. I notice this isn't something I feel very often, but I'm ecstatic whenever it does happen.
I took great joy in playing the part of the sexy, yet tough Gal. (。•̀ᴗ-)✧ She's got places to go, people to see, and men to push around (lol).
I'm glad I took my own advice and pulled out this dress I had been holding for a special occasion. It's absolutely perfect for a fierce and feisty Valentine's Day look.
Let's get into this makeup! My base hasn't changed. Foundation is Juvia's Place shade stick, concealer and contour are Juvia's Place concealers. Still loving their Saharan blush palette too. Orange blush is a lot more versatile than I thought! Fenty bronzer and powder were used to set my face. All topped off with Morphe setting spray.
Now let's talk eyes~ I used a few different palettes to create this look. Nicka K Poison Apple, ABH Modern Renaissance, and the ABH Jackie Aina palette. I'm looking to try a new eyeliner, but I'm currently using my KVD Tattoo liner. And lastly, lashes~ I got to wear my brand new falsies from amazon and paired them with Diamond Lash Sweet eye!
Love mushy romantic stufffff.
