Girls Day with Stephanie! ♡

 
Hello Cuties~

     Guess what?!  Stephanie and I finally got a girls day!  It wasn't a "take back Monday", but a Thursday will do.   Stephanie and I made plans to do the basic "girl errands".  i.e. lunch, coffee, Marshall's, TJMaxx, Ross . . . you get the idea.  

     We had Korean food for lunch!  It was absolutely delicious!  Stephanie thoroughly enjoyed her first visit to NolaKorea.  <(˘ ˘ ˘)>

     It's been so long since we hung out so we chatted the entire time.  There was so much to catch up on now that she's moved on to a new position.  I've since moved up from being her backup to taking it on full time.  And I miss her terribly in the office.

     Steph's favorite pastime is reading and I'm getting back into the hobby of reading.  So we decided to stop at Barnes & Noble next.  Which was perfect because I also needed a place to pop a squat and finish my makeup.  I was running late that morning.  

Maybe a cat prescription will cure my ailments (lol)

I felt like a true Gal doing my makeup outside (lmao)

     Eventually I met back up with Stephanie and she showed me all the books she'd read.  Some really interesting story synopses.

     I showed Steph the graphic novels I've read when I saw Junji Ito's collection.  She said I found my twin (lol).

     We couldn't find what we were looking for so . . . Next stop, coffee!  She was hunting down a specific flavor I can't remember and I got peppermint mocha.  And now to shop till we dropped!

     We spent so much time in Homegoods, we had to rush through TJMaxx.  I saw so much cute Hello Kitty stuff (◞‸ ◟)💧.  I can't buy it all (lol).

I turned all of it away (I have no space for more).

But I wonder if Steph got them for me for Christmas (hmmm~)

     We had to rush through the last store to make it to Sweet Handkraft before closing.

     Popcorn chicken and ice cream for dessert!  Luckily for me they have some vegan options.  Mango basil was surprisingly better than I thought!

     Headbands give me headaches but UGH this one is super cute!  It's fairly limp so I think it won't stress my head.  Also got myself a Hello Kitty bookmark!

These silk rollers don't work (lol).

Love my new necklace though!

     TJMaxx didn't have my usual retinol eye cream so I got this ROC one instead.  Got more of my facial sunscreen.  Restocked my Ginseng essence water.  But got influenced to buy a serum and a face cream from Beauty of Joseon too.  I think the CosRX products I bought a little while back is just too heavy for my pores.  I think it's clogging them and causing me breakouts in the chin area.  (It's just a theory though.  It could be completely hormonal.)  Sooo I'm going to ditch it for a while to see what happens.

     New tracksuit and new perfume!!!  Scent is BonBon by Viktor&Rolf ♥

     I'm trying to get to a point where I can be Gal at work everyday!  I know it's going to be hard.  I need to work on shortening my routine so I can get to work on time.  Because I was late to work this day (lmao).  Anywho, I'm failing at getting in bed by 10pm tonight.  It's already 10:30 and I have to remove my makeup (riiip).  Goodnight y'all!!!
