Let's Just Get Away~ 🚗💨

Hello Cuties~

     I had some time away from my day to day duties this past week, and wanted to share what I did.  Prince and I took the week off for our 4yr anniversary~

     The day before our anniversary I got dolled up because I had a few things planned.

     I ended up revisiting the eyeshape I was finicky about in my last post.  And 👀 Kieli, girlfriend, you were right!  I actually quite like this look for myself.  I just need to tweak it a little more next time.  I will perfect my everyday look!

     One thing I've been dying to do is go to the aquarium!  The aquarium is truly my happy place~  (*¯︶¯*)♡  To be amongst the jelly fish, the sharks, and all the odd creatures of the sea delights me.

     It fills me with glee when Prince entertains the big kid within me.  I thought most people would find it embarrassing or childish to be so excited over the aquarium; but not once did he make me feel that way.  He took lots of pictures of me of course (lol).  

     This is around the time I thought to myself "why did I wear wedges here?"  But no worries, I backed sandals in my bag (lol).

     Aahh! This is a shark's jaw?  The sheer size of some of these fish was astounding.  I found myself comparing them to people standing around the tanks and thinking "jeez and that's just naturally occurring on earth??"  Call me simple minded but, I find sea life fascinating; captivating even!

     I couldn't pass up plushies from the gift shop. (o´∀`o)  I got a jelly fish and a cute octopus~

I got a mermaid mood necklace too!

     You know no outing is complete without foooood~  We went to Rock N Roll Sushi!  This was our third time here.  It's really different!  It's rock & roll themed, so it's flashy, and all different ages of rock music plays on the speakers (music videos play on the tv too).  The menus are repurposed record slip covers, I think that is so cool!

     Eating here feels like being in an 80's rock concert!  It's a fun experience, but most importantly the food is SO good.

     I noticed a few girlies bringing up Gals in glasses on their blogs.  In the past I envied Japanese Gyaru with the ability to make glasses look fashionable.  I've never given "Gal in glasses" a try (not out in public at least).  So to my fellow visually impaired Gals, would you ever rock your glasses with Gyaru makeup?  I think my new cat eyeglasses kind of complement my makeup.  But my glasses from when I was 15 . . . no way (lmao)!

     I should probably give my eyes a break from lenses sometimes.  Or maybe reach for my glasses on days when I'm short on time and want to do a casual gyaru look.  Just a thought~  No promises ┐(シ)┌.  Thanks for reading!
