It's The Little Things

     I hope you're all happy and well.  I haven't gotten a chance dress up; which makes me sad.  However, I have been indulging in other things that make me happy lately.

     Prince and I visited Daiwa.  It's been forever since we've sat in and enjoyed their food.

     I talked Prince into driving out across the river for Korean bbq and to try a (new to us) bubble tea shop one day.

     Dingtea Nola is so cute!  The boba-rista was so helpful~  I ended up getting Hokkaido Oolong milk tea w/ golden boba!  The menu is HUGE.  The drive was worth it, but we can't visit as much as I'd like.  But there's another shop we're beginning to frequent a lot since it's closer :  ShareTea!

     Seeing Autumn and Halloween decorations in these places brings the widest smile to my face (lol).  

     You know what else brings me joy, right?  Shopping of course (lol).  

Channeling my inner Fran Fine~

     Needed a cheap gel liner.  Hopefully this one glides across the skin without pulling / snagging. 

     I abhor Claire's prices, but they got me with all the festive things.  What can I say, I love spooky time!  I got skull earrings and a skull crossbody bag.

I saw these socks and laughed so hard!

     Stocked up on my fave lashes (2 pairs of each).  And a new compact mirror!  And now for my "big" purchase . . . 

     A new straightener!  I'm looking to finally try it out tomorrow!  I reeeeaally hope this works as well as advertised.  I bought some new extensions too!  I miss having straight hair~  

     It really is the little things that sometimes get you through tough days.  Lately I've been running into a lot of long-time friends.  We chat and laugh and I leave with a lighter heart, less weight on my shoulders.  The weather is getting cooler finally.  And pulling out my fuzzy pjs with the thought of hot chocolate makes me all the more merry.  Halloween is approaching, which is my favorite time of the year!  I've been watching so many horror movies, but I haven't thought of what to dress as.  Do you have any Halloween plans yet?
