Ami + Katie's Day of Fun!

Hello Cuties~

     While I'm not 100% just yet (I'm still testing positive), I finally have the time and enough energy to write this post.  Beforehand, I just didn't have the time.  And then I caught covid which stripped me of all strength and energy.  But I'm here to bring you a look from last month that I'm rather obsessed with.

     I know my eyebrows are a mess but, I'm in loooove with this look.  The "piercing" is my favorite way to spice up my makeup!  And I was super happy with my eyeshape & lash placement.

     Prince and I met up with our friend Katie for a day of shopping!  We met up at the mall (and I realized that I'm terrible at giving directions that day).

     But eventually Katie made it and we were off to go shopping!

     We spent quite a bit of time in Sephora and Bath & Body Works.  I wanted to buy a new perfume and Katie was on a candle hunt.  I didn't do much damage outside of that because I knew we were going to Ulta too.  Then I ended up spending more than I wanted in Ulta beauty ヽ(‵﹏´)ノ.  But oh well . . . I found what I believe is my perfect shade in Estee Lauder's double wear foundation!

     Shade : 6N2 Truffle.  I didn't buy it yet, but it's good to know.  And as we were leaving Ulta I spotted a new-ish perfume that's on my wishlist now.  It's a NEED (lol).  

     We took a lunch break at Rum House for tacos and drinks.  I didn't take a single picture there (whoops).  🥴

Onto the next mall! 

     Here's where I lost all self control (lol).  We ran straight for our favorite store 3.6.5. (+ easily spent an hour there) and browsed Forever21 a bit before the mall closed.  Katie and I called it a day, but Prince and I spent the rest of the evening together~  He loved my outfit and wanted to give me a little photoshoot!

Love this top because it has those military style buttons.

Velour short set~ So cute! It says "baby" on the top.

     All my "cosmetic" purchases put together.  I got a new lip liner from LA Girl, a NYX butter gloss, two Juvia's Place lipsticks, and an eye cream by Fourth Ray.  Katie gifted me these eye patches because I've been trying to take care of my dark circles and fine lines.  I haven't tried the patches yet, but I've been using the eye cream and it leaves my face feeling fresh and looking bright!

     Take a look at these lipsticks!!!  The texture / design is SO awesome.  I wanted more than these 2 from the line but they were pretty pricey (lol).

Stila liquid eyeshadows~

     Came across this brand on instagram and decided to give them a chance.  Absolutely obsessed with these.  They're perfect for my y2k boom!

     While I'm disappointed that it took a virus to get me to slow down and write this post, I'm grateful for the recuperation time.  I was beginning to feel like life was zooming by and I didn't have enough time to rest.  Please be gentle with yourself, stay safe and healthy.
